Our Return Policy

At Juicy Reef, we take great care in delivering healthy, thriving live cultures and reef supplies. Because of the nature of live products, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Live Products (Phytoplankton & Live Cultures)

Due to the perishable nature of live cultures, all live product sales are final. However, if your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 10 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

To be eligible for consideration:

  • Contact us within 10 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  • The product must have been stored correctly upon arrival

Non-Live Products & Supplies

Unopened, non-live items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at sales@juicyreef.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement, refund, or store credit, your choice.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.
